HelpCenterFilteringUninstalling the softwareAttention! The filter cannot be modified or uninstalled by anyone other than the administrator. Users cannot bypass the filter by simply uninstalling the program. Step 1 - Launch the Control PanelLaunch your control panel go to the Start Menu and click on Control Panel.
Step 2 - Add Remove ProgramsUnder the Windows Control Panel, select Add or Remove Programs. Step 3 - Selecting the ProgramSelect the filter software from the list of programs installed on your computer. Click on Change/Remove.
Step 4 - Uninstaller will LaunchThe Install Wizard will open with three choices given. Click on Remove and hit the Next button.
Step 5 - Informational MessageYou will now get an informational message that pops up. Click on the OK button.
Step 6 - Enter Administrative PasswordYou will now be prompted for your administrative password. Type the filter password you selected when signing-up for the filtered service. Cick OK.
If you do not know your administrative password, click the Forgot Password button. Step 7 - Restart Your ComputerFinally, you will have to restart your computer. After your computer has finished restarting you are done uninstalling the software. |
