Setting-up Email Accounts in a Mail Client

Manually in Outlook XP

Step 1 - Opening the Email Accounts window

• Click on Tools from the menu bar.
• Select Email Accounts from the menu.

Step 2 - Emails Accounts

Click on the circle beside the message Add a new email account; a dot should appear inside the circle. Click Next.

Step 3 - Server Type

Click on the circle beside the text POP3; a dot should appear inside the circle. Click Next.

Step 4 - Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)

Enter Your Full Name, your Email Address, both the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers, and your Logon Information. You must enter your full email address as your username.

*Make sure that the Remember Password option is checked if you want to save your password.

When finished click Next.

Step 5 - Congratulations

Click Finish.
