Step 2 - Internet Accounts windowClick on the Add button and then choose Mail from the list. The Internet connection wizard will now open to walk you through the rest of the process.
Step 3 - Your NameThe first item it will ask for is the Display Name. Enter Your Full Name as shown in the example above and click Next.
Step 3 - Internet Email AddressEnter your Email address as shown in the example above and click Next.
Step 4 - Email Server NamesSelect POP3 as the type of incoming mail server. Enter both Incoming mail server and the Outgoing mail servers (i.e. mail.domain.com). Click Next.
Step 5 - Internet Mail LogonNow enter your full email address as your Account name, and the password you selected for this account. Check the option to Remember Password if you do not want to be prompted for it each time you check your email. When finished click Next.
For Outlook Express 4.x users: You will find that there are additional steps at this point.
You should then have an option to click Finish. Step 6 - CongratulationsClick Finish. |
